How long will I have to wait before my order is shipped?

Many items are ready to ship, meaning they will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Made to order items, for example, personalised pieces or rings that needs to be made to size will have a longer lead time of 2-3 weeks. Please check individual listings for more information or send me a message directly if you are unsure.

When will an item be back in stock?

If the item is currently out of stock you can sign up to stock alerts so you’ll be the first to hear when the item is back available.

What is Gold Vermeil?

Gold vermeil is a sterling silver plated using a thick layer of 18ct gold. It has a brighter finish and more depth of colour than 9ct gold. It is more hardwearing than mass-produced fashion jewellery which is known as flash plating.

How do I care for my jewellery?

All my jewellery is handmade with quality materials, and with the best possible care should last a lifetime. Perfumes, lotions and hair products can react with jewellery and cause it to tarnish. It is recommended that you remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercise or going to bed to avoid tarnishing.  Allow creams and perfume to dry before putting on your jewellery. Although silver and gold can tarnish over time, it's easy to bring it back to the original colour using a cleaning solution, which can be bought at most high street jewellers or online. Please follow manufacturers instructions. To reduce tarnishing time, keep jewellery in a sealed container, where air exposure is minimal. I recommend keeping the gift box it arrives in for storage. Scratches and light surface wear, most commonly found on rings and bangles, are normal.

Do you do gift wrapping?

If you would like your order to be sent directly to a loved one as a gift, I can gift wrap your item and add a note card free of charge. Please just send me a note at the checkout if you would like this to be added to your order.
